OASE AquaMax Eco Classic 2700

I would never buy from just pondliners again. They sent me the wrong filter for the skimmer as it was way too large and the wrong kind for it. I bought everything for my new pond here and I trusted them to be the experts to know what fit with what and what would work for my pond as I explained to them I did not know exactly what would be the right stuff for my pond. I thourouly described to them what my pond size was and that it would have to be for freezing cold as it gets 20-30 below zero here in winter. They assured me they were experts and knew all about ponds and what I needed and could help me . I trusted them and that there reccomendations would all be what I needed for the best pond in my climate. Boy did I get cheated! The filter was for use in a warm climate and ours is below zero so I can not even use it and cost me over $500. They charged me for everything all that day but it all shipped separately and some parts took months to get so could not even get pond up and going. When I finally got all parts found out half was WRONG and I could not even use them! I called and they promised to send shipping labels too return the useless items and they never did and that has been several weeks ago. I call and Eric ( the manager whom promised to send return labels)will never return my calls. I am out a bunch of money from wrong items they sent but are now not letting me return to get back my money and I had to go buy the right pump and filter.
