Returns and Refunds

We are unable to offer returns for custom cut EPDM pond liner. All boxed liner returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the initial packaging and completely unused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. Outside of 30 days, all sales become final. To start a return please email us at info@justpondliners.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@justpondliners.com and we will then send shipping address information.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@justpondliners.com to initiate your return. We do not cover return shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
