How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your pond liner. We ship all orders under 150lbs via FedEx Ground. For order over 150lbs, we ship via LTL (less than truckload) freight.
What is your return policy?
All orders are made through our website or over the phone are final. We do not offer returns because each order is custom and cut to size.

How fast do you ship out my order?
We want to get you your Pond Liner as soon as possible so you can start to enjoy it. We make every effort to process your order in 1-2 business days, All our shipping services are provided by FedEx for products under 150lbs, and motor freight (LTL) for orders over 150lbs.
When should I expect to receive my Pond Liner once it has shipped?
We are based in Los Angeles, California and ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Typically, it can take between 1-5 days in transit depending on your ship to address and distance from our California warehouse.
