I will never buy anything from JustPondLiners with the experience I had with my very first order. They simply don’t have any accountability on the order we place and simply leave it customers to take fully responsibility to follow up on the shipment once the package leaves their facility. I placed an order on May 19 and today is June 7th, I am still waiting for the package to be delivered. When I emailed customer care, they just asked me to follow up with fedex. No one really cares about the status of the package once shipped, it then becomes customer responsibility to track it and work with the shipping company. I called the shipping company and opened a case. As they are unable to locate the package, they said they will close the case as missing item and asked shipper to issue refund. When I contacted customer care they are saying I will have to wait longer before they can issue refund. It has been almost 20days and I had booked contractors to work on my pond and missed them as they couldn’t wait. I am not able to place an order with other company as the refund is not being processed. Overall, I am very frustrated and would not recommend to order anything with this company if you are in a time crunch situation.
