Why the change?

I ordered the same thing twice, first time was packed and shipped right. Second time was not and came with cuts. Do every order the same.

30x30 liner

Love the liner. Its heavy to unfold by one person so wish it was folded so the center off liner was where you started to unfold. And if so needs instructions explaining that and how to unfold.
